  • 1/2 c. Basic Cooked Insects, chopped
  • 1/2 c. Cottage cheese
  • 3 T. Jalapeño peppers
  • 2 T. Chives, chopped
  • 2 T. Cilantro, minced
  • 2 t. Lemon juice
  • 1 t. Cumin
  • Salt and pepper to tase
