Flowing Grain Dangers

This is a lecture series developed in 2008 by Purdue University’s Agricultural Safety and Health Program. The course is meant for non-OSHSA regulated agricultural worksites and introduces the grain entrapment to workers. This lecture series covers the frequency, sites and contributing factors of grain entrapments. In addition it covers how to respond to grain entrapments and key steps to take to prevent entrapments. This class is no longer actively taught and has not been updated since 2008. A pdf and PowerPoint version are available for download.
