The Purdue eight-week winter course in agriculture now offers a pest management curriculum.  Required courses include weed control, plant disease and control, practical insect pest management, and integration of pest management.

Pest management is rapidly increasing in popularity as farmers recognize the economic benefits of such a program.  The short course offers an excellent opportunity to learn about current technology.

The pest management short course should be of interest to farmers as well as agribusiness specialists interested in pest control.
