Stir Fried Cricket Curry Over Rice


  • Rice
  • Curry powder
  • Vegetable oil
  • 1 Can of coconut milk
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Chili peppers
  • Various seasonal vegetables of your choice
  • Crickets


Cook the desired amount of rice in a separate pot. Heat oil in a skillet. Add onions and peppers; heat and stir until onions are browned to your liking. Next, add the amount of garlic to your liking as well. Be careful not to burn the garlic! Next, add the vegetables and crickets and stir rapidly. It may be necessary to put in long-cooking veggies like carrots and potatoes earlier to ensure that they are cooked properly. When all of the veggies and crickets are finished cooking, add the coconut milk and the curry. Stir until everything is well mixed. Serve over rice.
