Step One: Determine the Location of the Nearest Compliant Ash Receiver Site (CARS)
A CARS is a site such as a landfill, marshalling yard, or sawmill that has entered into an agreement with the appropriate regulatory agency to receive, process, or dispose of regulated ash material.
